Character Summary: Born blind, Rai went through life protected and guarded like a delicate peach, even though he could 'see' electronervouc pulses, much like a shark, giving him the ability to sense people's moods, and even what they're going to do before they actually do it. He never had any real friends before his teammates except his family dog. Because he was albino, he wasn't allowed outside for long periods of time and was often seen swaddled in heavy clothes. Though everyone deemed him frail, his dream was to be a powerful ninja that people could look up to. After many years of begging and begging his parents to let him into the academy, they finally gave in and let him attend. The months he spent in class were enourmously beneficial to his health and he became much stronger. He graduated near the top of the class. Recently, he traveled around with his sensei and teammates to train, and was sent to help Suna.
